I have created a movie with Windows Movie Maker, and would like to save it
(as a movie). However, I get an error message saying it cannot save to that
location (which is my computer). It further asks me to check that all the
source files are available (which it seems like they are because they are all
saved on my system), that the saving location is still available (why
wouldn't it be?), and that there's enough free space (it requries 11Mb, and
it says available space is 200Gb). What am I doing wrong?

Well you can't save it to "my compter" try saving it to "my documents" or
in my music-video folder,or create a new folder.

How are you trying to save it?
As a "Project" or a completed video clip?
As you state you have "created" a movie,
Then you will have it as an WMV or AVI etc.
Try this, with completed vid clip in timeline, GoTo:
File/Save Movie File
A dialog will appear with several options -
Click to highlight "My Computer", Then click the "Next" button
the next dialog gives you 2 options:
1)Enter a name for the clip
2)Browse to select a folder to save to
Then Click the "Next" button
The "Settings" dialog appears, - by default will be the settings
that you created the clip as: Example: "DV-AVI (NTSC)"
You are advised not to change these settings, if you do
then it will go through an "on-the-fly" process of changing
the saved format from that from which it was created.
Click the "Next" button
Your movie will now be saved to the folder ("My Videos"?) you
selected, with the file name you chose.
