Can't save my MM2 file to my computer

It seems that even after I have increased my RAM to 1GB, I can't seem to save
my entire movie. The movie is a total of 18 minutes long with a combination
of pictures, video clips and transitions. It seems to stop converting the
video at 7 minutes - but continues to record the music to the end. I have
tried a few of the work arounds, but nothing seems to work - can anyone
help????
