I have finished making a movie (approx 128 MB when I try to save it as a
movie file) but it gets to 66% then just stops. Also, the estimated time
remaining counts up rather than down as it stays frozen at 66%. Any way to
fix this problem is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I had the same problem when I was making a video presentation for a
cousin-in-law for his wedding. I just had to reboot the system and let
Windows Movie Maker refresh the original files from it's location. If this
still doesn't work, try to check if you have the latest version of Windows
Movie Maker.
