can't save image as a jpeg

when i try to save an image from the web i can only pick
a bitmap? any idea how to get the jpeg option back?
 
It's time to perform some Spring Cleaning:

Go to Start > Run and type: CLEANMGR.EXE , and hit enter.
This will start your disk cleanup utility. Make sure to cleanup
your Temporary Internet Files.

This behavior is usually the result of an overbloated internet cache
(Temporary Internet Files). Open Internet Explorer and select Tools/Internet
Options/ General tab. In the TIF section, select the Delete Files button and
select to delete all offline files when that dialog box appears.
