can't save file in wmv. format on my computer...help

when I'm trying to save my project, just a short vid...I can't save it on my
computer. It says "that it will save on cd-rom....and there are like
1234456677 minutes. And my format of vids are way to high but I don't know
how to change that.
I can't save the mm format into wmv. on my computer. It shows highmat and cd
rom.

what to do?
 
I even tried to remove MM from pc, but it keeps coming back, when I delete
the files..after a few seconds there back! None of this helps...
