I want to download *.zip file, and when i press link to it, IE automatically
opens that file. How to make "File Download" window to appear, so I could
press "Save", or "Open", or "Cancel" buttons.

Right-click the link and pick 'Save target as...' from the drop-down menu

Thanks, I thought so too :), but the link is like:
".../uploadget.php?id=1632"
So what I get when pick "Save taget as..." is "uploadget.htm" file

Or:
Look at your file type association.

You set this for each file type, e.g. for .zip
Explorer-View-Folder Options-File Types
Find the .zip association (may be WinZip File)
Edit, (or click Advanced on ME or XP) and check the "Confirm open
after download" box

The path to Folder Options may vary according to your operating
system. It may be:
Explorer-View-Folder Options
Explorer-Tools-Folder Options
Start-Settings-Folder Options
Start-Settings-Control Panel-Folder options.
