Can't save CSV files on our network

When ever I attempt to save an Excel file in CSV format I
have on problem provided I am saving to my hard disk. If
I attempt to save to our network I recieve and error that
the the file I'm saving to is 'Read Only' or I may be
trying to access a read only location. None of these
applies. I can save any other type of file to the
network. Just not Excel worksheets in CSv format.

Any ideas?
 
Are you SURE the directory you're trying to save to is not "Read only" to
you.........even though you have had rights to it in the past, does not
mean you still have today........these things can change on a moments notice
as the MIS dept moves drives and servers around.........I'd advise you to
check with them and re-affirm your rights.......that may be the problem.
