I have a large workbook that I work with on a daily basis. It is password
protected and defaults to read only for my general public. However, to
create certain reports I need, I begin to manipulate my data and then save it
as something else. Today when I tried to save as, it just locks up ...my
cursor stays a plus sign, and then it meanders off to a white screen that
says it's still Exel but nothing is there. When I right click on the icon in
my taskbar it tells me it's not responding and there I can close it. This is
W2K and Office 2000. TIA for any advice.
