Hello,
I was successful at doing this with Vista RC1, but now that I've got
Vista Business it doesn't and I'm not sure why. I have programs located on a
network location. I am able to log into the network & the location of the
file. When I try to run the installation or setup program at that location
it asks me if it's OK, I give it permission. It then tells me my password is
invalid (Not exact wording). What's odd is I can copy the files & paste them
on to my machine & then run them locally. So, I have permission to log in &
even take files off? I can open notepad files & such. It appears to only
affect setup type programs. Is it something in the security settings I'm not
catching?
Thanks,
