Cant run omega drivers

When i install them the screen goes black after boot up and i have a faint
blue square for a cursor on the black screen. I used to be able to run omega
drivers.I think it might of happened the last time i ran driver cleaner.

Currently running ATI Catalyst 3.10, win98, radeon 9100
 
As the readme file says on the Web site... uninstall the ATI control panel
first if you haven't already then install the Omega drivers. Can't remember
if a reboot is necessary or not. No need to uninstall the ATI drivers, just
leave them.
