Can't run Network Setup Wizard in XP

I'm trying to add a third PC to the 2 I already have networked. On both of the previous PCs, I simply ran the Network Setup Wizard (under Network Connections in Windows XP) and they were able to see each other. On this new PC, I click on the icon to start the wizard...and nothing happens. At all. No error, nothing...just sits there. The new one is running XP Professional, and the other 2 are running XP. I've also changed the workgroup name on the new one to match the existing PCs. They can see the new one in windows explorer....but the new one can't see them. Any thoughts that might help??

Thanks in advance!

No need to run the wizard. Just plug in in. Turn off the firewall.
