Can't run a scan

Just downloaded and installed MSAS version 1.0.615 with
spyware definition 5739. I can't run a manual scan (Scan
Now), only the scheduled scan starts.

When the scheduled scan ends I can not see my results or
take action.

Once MSAS loads, I get a blue screen with only the toolbar
visible. When I click on any of the three icons on the
top left of the toolbar, nothing populates the lower
window. I can not see the scan results page or the
advanced tools page unless I use the menu bar.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this a bad install
or a bug that can be fixed?

Hi Folks,

Upon furhter review I found that the RICHTX32.OCX was
outdated. I downloaded it from this site

http://www.ascentive.com/support/new/support_dll.phtml?
dllname=RICHTX32.OCX

and then the MSAS started to work. Installer beware!

go to tools => soyware scan => and select "display scan
resluts"
