Can't Restart Programs

I have two programs (PC-TV and Jukebox) that will not
restart if shut down. I have to reboot, and then can
start them. Any suggestions?
 
Dave, sounds like they didnt install properly. Uninstall them and restart
and then reinstall.

before as they were working for quite a while. I will
try to reinstall as you suggest.
