Cant resolve IP from Name

I have a problem with one website - i type in the
www.askjeeves.com and it will not work. All others work
fine. I can type in the IP and it loads. If I open DNS
and clear "cache" it immediately works for a little while
then stops working again within the hour or less. Any
ideas what the problem is?

a Hosts file?
run ipconfig /displaydns
