Can't reply to email - Web Access

I'm using Microsoft Web Access and a VPN. I can read my
emails but I can't "reply" or "reply all". If I choose
either of these options the original email closes.

I'm using Windows XP Professional, VPN and cable modem.
 
Did you check with the sysadmin who runs the Exchange server to see if
they're aware of any problems? If this is happening to more than one person,
it's the server.
