Can't remove Windows2000NT for re format and install !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to remove windows2000NT to reformat. Says I am
not an administrator and wrong password. How do you by-
pass this, and is there a "MASTER" name and password?

Please help!!! I am trying to save my 120GB hard drive
without having to buy another one.

you don't have to remove it to reformat. just boot from an installation cd
and install fresh, as part of that it will reformat for you.
