Darren

We have a PC on which one of the kids recently had gone to
a web site and right-clicked on a graphics image and
selected "set as background." Now, we can't remove that
image from the display.

We went into the display settings area within the control
panel and it tell us that the background is currently set
to "none." We tried changing it to a different setting and
the setting did take effect but the image our kid recently
chose from the web page still shows up, overlaid in front
of the newly-chosen background.

We've changed the setting back to "none" again and the web
page graphic is STILL there.

How can we get rid of this image?

Thanks!

Go back to Display Properties. On the Desktop page, click the Customize
Desktop button. In next screen that appears, click the page tab labeled
Web. In the list of Web items, uncheck the box for the web image currently
displayed on the desktop. OK your way back to the desktop.
