can't remember content advisor password... need help!!!

Hello,

I recently sat up the content advisor so certain web
pages without a rating couldn't be viewed. This made it
impossible to check e~mail and pretty much anything else
I wanted to do. So, when I went to turn the content
advisor off, I forgot the password. And now I'm wondering
if there is any way possible to reach my password and
change it to something I will remember without redoing
the whole computer with my recovery CD. I have Windows XP
and it is a Compaq computer if this info helps in any
way. I would appreciate any help that you could offer.

better solution.
