Your laptop mftr. must provide a way to return the machine to factory
condition. This can be done by providing 1) physical DVDs with the
actual operating system (very rare); 2) providing physical DVDs with an
image of the factory install; 3) or providing the image of the factory
install on a special partition (may be hidden) on the hard drive. Refer
to your laptop manual, the laptop mftr.'s website, or call the laptop
mftr.'s tech support to see how to return your specific model laptop to
factory condition.
Please note that returning the laptop to factory condition will normally
wipe everything so make sure your data is backed up first.
