Cant recieve emails from my wifes email addresses.

Recently, I upgraded to vista. Windows mail is not allowing me to get emails
from my wife. I was not able because of a previose pc problem(video card went
out) to just migrate everything , so I lost my contacts. But I manaully
configured my windows mail to work with my email acount. Everythings fine
recieving from other individuals. I have went through and allowed all mail to
come through by setting the spam filters to low. She replied to my emails and
I got those. She is added to my address book and set as a friend. She has 2
different acounts and I dont get mail from either of them..... I'm stumped,
please help.
 
Let's recap. Your wife replies to you, it works fine.
If she sends a new email to you, it doesn't arrive.
Does she get an error message or bounce notice?

bounce or nothing.

Also I tried sending an email to me from my comuserve acount(she has one too)
doesnt work, I get NADDA!
 
Very strange! I assume you have searched through all your mail
folders, including Junk E-mail and Deleted Items.
You may want to reduce your Junk E-mail setting or even turn
it off. Also, make sure that the folders where you expect to find
that email are configured for "Show All Messages" instead of
"Hide Read Messages".
