Cant recieve email

Tray shows i have new mail but when i try to access through windows mail i
get error message from pop3 which reads: Protocol POP3,port 995,secure
(SSL): yes, socket ERROR : 10060, error number OX.800CCOE.

MY account is pop.ntlworld.com
smpt is smpt.ntlworld.com

That would be SMTP, not SMPT. If your setting says smpt, fix it.
 
Please don't paraphrase the error message. Your version is missing
critical pieces of information. Right-click on the error message,
copy, then paste it into a reply here.
