Can't receive my email

I keep getting an error when I click send and receive. I can send email but
when it tries to receive I can't receive anything. I have Microsoft Office
2003 outlook with business contact manager. I would appreciate any help on
this. I have done updates and it won't work. I have emails from my school
that I have been needing and I can't receive them.

What is the exact error?

BCM does not participate in that process. Please post your request to
