Cant receive jpg files

I can't receive jpg and png file types sent by my friends
but i can send it to them. May i know how to install
the .reg file? Cos i downloaded it but it doesnt seem to
work...
 
Install the reg file at BOTH sides
& restart MSN7

The one which sends a file
The other which receives the file
Both have to run the reg file

Hi,

But what do you mean by the one which sends a file and
receives the file? You mean we install it in the MSN
folder or the folder we store the files we received?

One = people.
You need to install the reg file.
The person who is sendign you the file needs to install it
