cant receive emails anymore!

I cant receive emails from anyone sending to windows mail. It asks me to log
on with username and password. I think i am using the correct username and
password but it does not work. it comes up withthis errore message.
Account: 'mail.tileinstylebathrooms.co.uk', Server:
'mail.tileinstylebathrooms.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR
Authentication failed.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92
This has not happened on my PC before but has happened when trying to use my
laptop away from home. just want to get my emails back on my PC. this is my
business email for customers sending me emails. Help Please!!!!

Usually you can't use an SMTP server that's not connected to you, for
example your ISP at home will supply the server to send you email but if
you try and use it when you not on their network and away from home it's
likely to reject you because it doesn't have any way to check who you
are. That's likely the laptop issue.

Your incoming or POP server does know who you are from your userid and
password combination and in this case your POP server is provided by
your hosting company. You could give them a call and just ask if they
have changed anything about authentication.

It could also be an antivirus or security suite you are running, they
sometimes work fine for a while but then go weird on you, do not have
email scanning turned on.
