Can't read messages

Can't read messages in MS Outlook or Outlook Express-6. When I click to open
an e-mail, only the heading (To-From-Subject) will show. The message part is
blank. I moved my messages from OE-6 to Outlook. Still cannot bring up
messages. Cannot find "Windows Components" under Add/Remove programs so that
I can remove and re-install OE-6. (e-mail address removed)

By any chance can you read the messages in your web based mail reader? If
OE *and* Outlook both show the same problem, then it isn't likely to be a
probleym with OE or Outlook individually.
