Can't reactivate Process Execution Checkpoint

I've accidently De-activated the Process Execution checkpoint.

I click the Activate checkpoint link in the details section but nothing
appears to happen the checkpoint remains in-active.

Is there anything else I need to do to re-activate it or is this a bug?

Windows 2000 Advanced Server SP4

Nothing is more frustrating than supplying a fix and having the outcome just
