Can't reactivate application agents

I am having problems displaying asp pages on my machine
through IIS, checked the spyware and deactivated script
blocking just in case but pages still didn't show and now
can't re-activate the agent

I believe I've fixed this in the past by blowing away one of the gcd files
in the installation directory of Microsoft Antispyware.

Make a change to the status of one of the checkpoints, and then exit
Microsoft Antispyware and do a dir, sorted by date. Take a look at which
gcd files change. My experience is that they are recreated on next program
startup, although any data contained in them--i.e. your individual choices
about the checkpoints, will be lost, and things reset to the defaults at
program installation.
