cant publish using FTP Frontpage 2003 but was able with 3rd party

I was able to publish my website using 3rd party FTP software but
unfortunately I can't publish using FrontPage 2003. What could have been the
problem why I can't publish using FTP in FrontPage 2003?
 
FP has never been able to connect to every FTP server, so their are times you will have to use a 3rd
Party FTP application, especially if your web host requires a Secure FTP connection.
