Can't print

I use explorer 6, windows xp. I can print from microsoft
outlook & from Word, but if I try to print a web page, I
click print usually nothing happens, print window doesn't
come up. On rare occasion when it does, then it will print
a letter p on top of page, a symbol in middle, and then it
reloads another paper and does the same thing over,
reloads does same thing... any suggestions?
