Can't Print

I'm getting error: "Object doesn't support this property
or method." and
res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.dlg.

I can't print anything anymore through Internet Explorer.

I also can't re-install Internet Explorer. It always stops
at 75% completed.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
