Hello, I hope someone can help. I've gone through most of
the postings from all the sites I've found and none have
helped so far..
I am trying to print from my computer(home) through a
print server. The print server appears to be fine because
I can print with a laptop and another computer through it.
My computer connectivity is fine - I am able to ping, view
properties, and change default settings.
When I attempt to print anything I get this message in the
windows log file:
"The document Test Page owned by home computer failed to
print. Win32 error code returned by the print processor:
3003 (0xbbb). "
Using net msghelp 61 it tells me that the:
"The printer queue is full."
I have checked the queue and it is empty.
I have uninstalled the printer and printer software and
reinstalled it. It didn't help.
I created new ports and tested through those. It didn't
help.
I created another printer through another computer and I
can print fine but I then have to turn that computer on to
print.
I updated all of the drivers. I updated Windows 2000 as
of last night. I still can't print throught the print
server.
Does anyone have any more suggestions??
Thank you,
Brian
