Can't Print

I get the following message when trying to print:

Char:1
Error: Unspecified error
Code:0
URL: res://c:\WINNT\System32\shdocle.dll/preview.dlg

I get the following message when trying to print:

This may be caused by damaged/missing registry keys. Copy/paste the
following text into a .reg file and import it into the registry:

If this doesn't work, some more details of you problem would be helpful:
What applications can you print from?
What applications can you NOT print from?
Does this happen all the time?
What service pack do you have installed?
Can you print a test page?
