Each time I try to print my mail I get this operation is restricted and to
contact the admistrator. I am the admistrator and am signed in as
administrator. Any one know how to get this to work?

No problems printing from other programs or printing a testpage - only IE7
and Windows Mail report that printing is restricted.

It sounds to me as if a directory has bad permissions on it. Look at event
viewer and see if there are any errors there that might give more
information.

Also, what exactly is the error message?

Also try Start | Programs | Accessories | System Tools | IE no addons and
see if you can print from that version of IE running.

Hi Steve,

I don't know what you mean: What is "event viewer"?

Actually, it doesn't seem like an "error message", more like an "information
message". It says: "This action is restricted. For more information, please
contact your system administrator."
Also try Start | Programs | Accessories | System Tools | IE no addons and
see if you can print from that version of IE running.

Tried that - no difference!

Try going to Control Panel | Printers and right click on your printer and go
to Properties | Security and check to see who can print and make sure your
user group can. But that shouldn't be it if you can do it from other
programs.

I'm not sure what it could be at the moment.
