Can't print here

I can't print one of the posts in this group. I just prints what is on the
screen (my screen is small and only shows 2 lines of a post.) If I highlight
the posting, it prints even less.
Also, if I click on "Notify me of replies", it always says, "...Failed...".
Can you help?

You seem to be able to find what you wish. If you want the functionality of
Outlook Express - then open Outlook Express and set up the newsgroups.
Frank gave you good advice:

Perhaps if you used a news reader like Outlook Express instead of the Web
interface?
In OE go to Tools | Accounts | Add (or New) | News.
Set up an account for this news server:

msnews.microsoft.com

The server is free and does not require you to logon. This news server
carries over 2200 newsgroups related to Microsoft products and keeps
messages at least 30 days.
