Can't Print from IEXPLORER!!

OK. I have Windows XP SP2. I just installed a new OfficeJet 4215 all in one
printer. I can print from word, excel, notepad, test pages etc. I cannot
print from Internet explorer. When I try to check the Version from Help/About
Internet Explorer is completely blank. XP should have come with IE6. Is this
a known issue? Can anyone help? Can I reinstall over the top of it? I have
run spy sweeper, ad-aware and virus checks and have been clean...

Hi,
The blank "about" box is mentioned at http://www.winxptutor.com/ieabout.htm
Maybe re-registering those DLLs will also fix the printer problem.

Or something at http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/answers_8.htm#print may help.
