installed? If not, with your anti-virus application disabled the entire
time go to Windows Update and install it (at least).
2. Cannot Print from Internet Explorer or Outlook Express

I just resolved a problem with IE and Outlook Express printing which I have

finally paid for Microsoft support and got it resolved. This is for those
