Can't print from IE6 or OE6

Hi. I recently upgraded to Internet Explorer 6 (and
Outlook Express 6), and I can't print from either place.
I have contacted MS support, but they told me to contact
my computer vendor. I contacted my vendor, and they
suggested a System Restore. I contacted my printer
vendor, and they suggested reinstalling the printer
driver (which I did). Anyone else having this problem?
Any suggestions?

The version info in the Help/About was completely gone. I got paid help from
Microsoft,
and the following steps fixed the problem.

First, using Internet Options, delete all cookies, temp files and objects.
This might
fix it for some people.

In my case, I also had to use regsvr32 from the start/run command to
re-register vbscript.dll and jscript.dll.

At the Start/Run applet execute these commands
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll

Then, thank god, everything worked. A frustrated I.E. 6 users.
