My in-laws are having problems printing or previewing from
ie and their email reader. They have AOL and I suspect
this may be the problem, but don't know how to fix.
Problems originated few weeks ago when AOL apparently
downloaded changes to their computer. They have windows
98 and AOL 8. Error mssg is described as:
ie script error
line: 186
Char.: 1
error: object required
code: 0
url: res:c/windows/system/shdoclc.dll\preview.dlg
They have logged several hours on the phone with AOL to no
avail.
Would like to know if anyone has any experience or
suggestions. Thanks in advance.
