Can't print 3 pages of a workbook,it will only print one

It drives me nuts...an employee in our firm needs to print entries that go
to about 3 pages, simple entries We are using Win XP Pro, and excel 03. Is
there a list of things you wonderful ladies and gents could give me to check
if I'm making a mistake somewhere? Please please I need the help......PM
 
Could be the print area is set for a limited amount of data.
Try File | Print Area | Clear
Now Use File Print Preview to see what the print would be
Next tell us if this worked or not!
