can't press enter

For some odd reason, every time I try to use the "Enter"
key, it won't work in this application. I've tried using
it in other applications to see if maybe it was just my
keyboard, but it worked just fine with other programs.
The only time it won't do anything is when I'm trying to
create a web page and move to the next line, only with
this program. I'm currently using FrontPage 2002. Someone
please help me!!! Thanks!
 
What do you mean "move to the next line"
