Can't play music CD's -- Please help.

Windows XP is not allowing me to play any music CDs. When
the CD finishes mounting, My system reboots. And if the CD
is still in the CD-Rom drive, Windows will not boot after
the XP logo. It'll reboot... again. This only happens with
music CDs.

Add. Info:
- OS: Windows XP Pro w/Service Pack 2
