Can't play MSN games

This problem effects everyone in our hard-working office. After upgrading our
server from 2000 to 2003, we are all unable to play any of the games on the
MSN site. We get to the place where it wants to install the Essential MSN
Games File, but then we get the error page that says "Whoops". I've tried
every suggestion they give, set my security settings to the lowest possible
settings, but nothing works. It appears that our 2003 Windows Small Business
Server has generated some sort of policy that won't allow this to run. Any
suggestions?

There are security changes in Server 2003 that may prevent ActiveX controls
or Java from being installed or run. See this article for possible help:
