cant play media in wmp10 guide

i cant seem to play any media formats when i click on "guide" button in
windows media player 10, then click on the music or video i want it says "
sorry butyou are unable to access msn music. to access this site you need",
then gives a list of requirements. eg IE 6 or above
winxp, windows media player 7 or above, flash plugin 5 or above.
i think i have all these, but not sure about flash plugin 5. where do i get
it ? or what is causing the problem?
