I have a home network with a Win2k srever and a wireless laptop with
win2k pro hooked up to a D-Link DI-784 router. From the laptop, I can
access the internet, ping myself, and ping the router, but I can't ping
the Win2k Server. The win2k server can access the internet, ping
itself, ping the router, and ping the laptop. The router can ping the
laptop but not the win2k server. The problem is that nothing on the
network including the router can ping the win2k server even though the
server can see everything. It must be a setting on win2k. I have not
installed any software firewalls. Can anyone help?
