Can't Open Word 2000

I have XP Home Edition OS. I removed test installation of Office 2003 and
reinstalled Offoce Professional 2000, now I can't open Word. Strange thing,
my partner who has access to my computer, can open Word. I need Word -
someone help!

Were you logged in as Administrator when you installed it?
