can't open videos

Of late I have been having a problem opening most videos and some pictures
that are on the internet. ie. the website "putfile.com" has a number of
videos. When I click to view one, it appears with a little red "x" in the
top right corner. Any thoughts?
 
They have server problems and the file can't be downloaded.
The red X is a placeholder. Try another site, that has
videos to check your system. If it works on other sites it
is the putfile site with too many files and not enough
bandwidth.

You're right. I had actually tried another site as well, and that had red
x's too. But tonite, a couple of others worked (although "putfile" still
doesn't ) Thanks.
