Can't Open Url

Hi,

My husband used to be able to do his timecard from home. Now he can't. I
can access it from work and he can access at his job. We're not sure why
this is happening. We have Win XP Media, changed from dial-up to optonline,
and have Norton Internet Security. This is the only web site we can't
access. It has all numbers. http://216.135.212.51/tk/ and when you click on
the link it just adds the pound sign http://216.135.212.51/tk/# which is
normal. But it does absolutely nothing. Help! please.

Since there are multiple popups involoved, I would guess that Norton
Internet Security. Turn on Windows Firewall then turn off Norton and see if
it works.
