What's the cause of the error msg "Can't open twain source"?

It is twain driver related issue? If so, what is the driver I need for
Lexmark X75?

The above page comes up, but when you get to the English download page, you
can not select your model, because the site is not coming up. July 9 2005,
5:45 PM Central Time USA.
