Can't open the link to a reply to a thread I posted

Hi Everyone, I received a reply to a question RE Excel/Office, but when I try
to open the link, the page except for the header is blank. Have you ever had
that happen, and what can I do to fix it?
I really appreciate the help and goodwill that you send my way. Hopefully, I
can reciprocate, somewhere.

Do yourself a BIG favour - ditch the awful web interface and use a news
reader.
