I can't open the link in the webpage either by right clik-
open/open in new window or direct click.
I set my IE as its default setting in the tool>properties.
I don't know what damage I did to my IE.
I really appreciate your help!!!!
Thank you very much!

Disable the pop-up killers, if any. If you don't have pop-up killers,
webfilters installed, run this fix:
http://mvps.org/sramesh2k/utils/IEFix.exe

I had the same problem on my Windows XP system, one of my IE files lost it's
registration, to fix it I ran:

from Start/run: regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll

That did it for me, but there are several files that can be problems, if
this doesn't fix it - run these as well:

from Start/run: regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
from Start/run: regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
from Start/run: regsvr32 Msjava.dll
from Start/run: regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
from Start/run: regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
from Start/run: regsvr32 Browseui.dll
from Start/run: regsvr32 Url.dll
from Start/run: regsvr32 Shell32.dll

I'd like to say I figured this out on my own, but I did a little digging on
Microsoft's support page and found it.
Hope this does it for you!
